Step 3: Prepare documents required for travel We offer free pick-up and drop-off document services in Toronto and Vancouver. Take your pet for a veterinary check-up to make sure it has the required vaccinations. Complete all necessary departure procedures.

Step 4: Shipping and Travel On the day of departure, we will pick up and drop off your pet/you will be delivered to our designated address and handed over to us.

Step 5: Arrive at destination/entry city Complete customs and quarantine procedures.

Step 6: Arrive home safely and start a happy new life
